Vinyasa Yoga, sometimes called flow, or power yoga is a branch of yoga that fundamentally links breath with movement. Attention is placed on the transitions between poses; using the inhale and exhale one gains distance from the processes of the thinking mind, thereby offering the feeling that the breath is moving the body, and dancing with the source of creation within you.

This type of yoga will help to improve your flexibility and endurance, reinforce the mind-body connection, build muscle strength, increase cardiovascular health, and lower stress and anxiety.
